  The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. - Because o... hva folk sier » f the delay of my flight, I couldn't make it that day for my reservation. They didn't charge me for that night while I was checking out. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

  Really I'm a Person people. That was I found at Hotel Park 10. All the people there is educated, smiling. ready to help. That was my second time been there, two years ago I was there with my sons and granddaughters. For me that is my house at Medellin.
