Before we arrived I emailed and asked if there was a taxi service from
the airport. I got an immediate very friendly response telling me the
cost and that he would meet me there. I was so impressed with his swift
response and friendly email. And there he was when we landed - my name
on a pink card so that it stood out from others and a big smile on his
face. He took our luggage from us and we followed him to the waiting
taxi. He continued to take good care of us - he walked us to the cable
car
