  Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need... hva folk sier » . Ask for a room upgrade on a high floor. You might get lucky like I did. - As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite.   I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with 3 other colleagues, the hotel facilities were good and the staff excellent, they spoke clear English and were always very helpful.
