  The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied.   I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. The location can't be any better - everything walking distance or short inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by walking. I will be back !!
