  This is a great hotel to overnight between flights to and from Shanghai Pudong airport. I arranged - at short notice - for a (free) hotel pickup at the airport, and this worked perfectly; I also took the hotel bus - again gratis - back to the airport (c. 15 minutes) the next morning. Bottom line - this will be my default hotel whenever I tr - Short taxi ride from pvg airport,shopping mall at the back of the hotel and easy walk to busy shopping areas.Great room service, excellent bathroom. No problems finding English speaking staff and all were courteous and friendly.Room was much better than I expected for the money paid. Free shuttle bus to airport as well! Hint: when travelling by taxi have the phone number of your hotel for the driver, they dont speak english but will ring the hotel for directions.

  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting ... hva folk sier » a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10
