Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again.
