The staff at the hotel was very polite and always tried to help us. The
rooms are in very good conditions and well maintained. Housekeeping was
also outstanding. The food at all restaurant was excellent. I strongly
recommend the bbq sea food at Fresh and the Dim Sum at Yiyang
Restaurant. They also have a kids club but we let out son there because

The resort was beautiful, with lovely grounds and swimming pool. The beach was lovely and clean with lovely sand. We upgraded to a room with panoramic view which was worth the money and was lovely in the evenings. We loved the room, view, beach and especially the pool but the sea was dirty with plastic bags, bottles,etc.
Staff were superb as was the food-we will be back and it would be ideal if the sea was cleaner.

We booked to stay 6 nights at The Royal Begonia so we could have a
relaxing beach break during our sightseeing holiday of China. Due to our

The hotel is just tremendous although I didn't get an 'surprising upgrade' like other tourists.:) I'm very satisfied with the few days in the hotel, and recommend it to my friends if they are going to Sanya. -

Spacious room, bathroom and balcony with good view. Beautiful and varied
landscape, with the largest lawn of all hotels in the region. Even if we
went without children, it does look like children amenities abound and
are located in specific areas so not to interfere with other guests.
