  The staff, in particular the duty manager, Mr Bob Wang were exceptional. His English was fantastic and he went zbove and beyond by retrieving and hand delivered to our room, my sons ipad that he had left on the plane. The pools at the resort were enormous and beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to the Howard Johnson. - We loved the pool areas. The hotel trainee staff from Nepal were exceptional, they were always friendly and willing to help us! Without them we wouldn't have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately they leave in November.
