Great atmosphere and great staff - Beautiful courtyard residence in close proximity (walking distance) to the forbidden city and two parks. Very helpful and welcoming staff, completely fluent in English. No need to hesitate with your questions, you can trust their advice and recommendations.

The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc.

Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. We thought the staff, Xiao wei and Gu jie, were excellent. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring.
It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

the building is very interesting, the price is reasonable, and the staffs are all very very nice - Personel where very friendly. Hotel was nice and I loved the bed. Usually you have too shoft beds at hotels and my back doesn't like that too much. This time my back was ok even after 10 nights :D. And the fruit from the trees tasted good.

I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly.
