  I stayed during my business trip, and everything was almost perfect. Free shuttle service to Canton Fair and back, very good breakfast (although I'm vegan, I surprisingly had plenty of options, different fruits every day, and good coffee). Nice and big rooms with all the facilities ever needed during a short stay. Friendly staff. Location in a bus... hva folk sier » y street with malls, there's a big supermarket nearby (in TeeMall), and the metro station is just 1-minute walk from the hotel. Two Macs in the lobby - Check in staff were warm and friendly and treat customers on a personal note. The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms. Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home. Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian . The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre.

  The hotel is located in the best part of Guangzhou. Near have lots of good western restaurants, shoppings and places to visit like the canton tower. The staff was really nice, and they help us in everything we need. The design of apartments is really cool, and they are big. We stay 3 persons in a one room apartment. If you go by metro, they can pick you in th - Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us drinks while we waited for our room to be cleaned because we came a bit early. Helped us find our way around town and recommended places to eat/see and how to get there. Also helped us find our way to Shenzhen to visit family. Also the washer machine broke while we were using it and they apologized and offered us a new room if we needed it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free milk, buns and fruit were given daily too!

  Our contact Paul was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Location was very good in relation to shops, restaurants and bars. It is a really nice clean residential area. - What a great place to stay! It's more than what you might expect. If one day I'm back in Shenzhen, this would be my very first option.
