The location is quite good, not perfect but quite comfortable: 15 minutes walk from the rail station, 5 minutes from the shoreline (nearest beach in 20-30 minutes, however); shops and cafes everywhere around (like mostly everywhere in China); rooms are kept clean; seaview from top floors is nice!. cleanliness sea view friendly staff. Room was clean. No fridge and/or minibars in rooms, even in a suit on top floors where they have 2 ACs, 2 TVs, and 2 toilets! Quite strange for Chinese hotels. No English-speaking stuff (yet, they 'could' read and understand my chinese :)). No international TV channels. Just 2 lifts - sometimes takes more time to go up/down...
