The location, the renovation ( modern facilities in a traditional house), the heat in the courtyard! The daughter speaks some English, enough to communicate. We are in China!. Friendly and helpful people. A little cold in the room(november) nowhere to hang your clothes. But overall a good ratio price/quality. A little dificult to locate. They are in the middle of remodeling.
