I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -

It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun

We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

Great little Hotel
The Fish Inn Bund has a perfect location - everything is nearby.
The rooms are nice decorated, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a good size. It is very clean.
But what it makes realy special is the great staff. They are very friendly and help you with everything and they speak a very good english.
Especially one female staff member who was new in the team. She accompanied me (in her free time) to a pharmacy and to a hospital to get medicine for my wi

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers.
