  Loved the professional check in and out and the upgrade to a gold room. Loved the spa and gym facilities, and all the amenities in the room. Loved the gold lounge and the beautiful breakfast. Loved the offer of the gym to shower and change before leaving to catch an early morning flight-this after we had checked out of the hotel. It was an incredi... hva folk sier » ble experience. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

  I requested a room on the east side as high as possible and was rewarded with spectacular views over the cctv tower and beyond. Very stylish and luxurious room with a big bath. Free wi-fi in room, too. - The view was excellent. The staff were attentive. The lifts were very fast, 64 floors in seconds
