The hotel is further away from the West Lake than most of the other hotels, which means also further away from the bad traffic condition. There is also many food joints just across the street from the hotel selling local food and Korean cuisine. Hotel is clean with working air- conditioning, really important during summer when I went. The Wi-Fi seems to be faulty but lan connection is good.
The staff at the reception may seem unfriendly at the first instance. The toilet door closes either the toilet or the shower area, might be good for couples but not for a group of friends.
