THe letsbookhotel.com website advertised that the executive suite which I booked had a well equipped kitchen. There was no equipment included in the price, they wanted 100rmb rent for a pot to heat something in and 35rmb for a plate and fork/spoon. Your website also advertised there was in room safe box. There was no such box in room 4414. No Reception Its not a hotel. They operate in an existing hotel. Lot of issues on Check-In We waited 3 hrs for Checkin Police was called by guest because they gave our room to someone else before we checked out I would never stay here Room was not as potrayed in the picture No bills were given on checkout. No lobby reception. Reception at level 38. Worst still , lobby is belong to another hotel Vertical City. No value for money at all. Room is dirty and small (despite we have a Deluxe Double Room). The office is rented from Horizon Hotel - named it hip hop apartments when it is actually horizon hotel operated from horizon hotel rooms at a premium cost above what is what they make from it. This business is operated from somebody else's hotel. The only way you can check in is calling somebody's mobile number so they can make arrangements to prior rent a room from the rightful hotel & then they come and collect you. This is shady & not a real hotel becareful.
