Great hotel - clean, elegant room with a computer. Very comfortable to
stay in and quite safe. Hotel staff tries their best to help despite
language barrier. The marketing manager - Sylvia, a charming young lady
- however speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful in guiding

helpful staff and combined service with hotel,no communication problem in english , i enjoy staying at the hotel and i highly recomend it - next time in changsha i will stay again. Price was good by comparason to other hotels .

Room was very clean and spacious, though it was quite reasonably priced.
The staff was very helpful, even though we didn't speak much Chinese
and they didn't speak much English. They allowed us to check in very
early with no additional fees (8 am). -
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful,and the room is just fitted.The location is great.
