Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

They provided a crib, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby products without a word. They were fantastic with our son!!! Especially the Lounge staff

Upon leaving Beijing and heading to the airport, we left a bag in the taxi, we called the staff and they somehow got the taxi to come back to where he dropped us off to return the bag!! 10 out of 10 East Beijing!! -

The staff were extremely helpful, especially front desk manager Thomas and Murphy in guest relations. They really helped us get along in a city where very few individuals speak English. Ambiance was very nice in lobby and pool. The food in their restaurants was expensive but very tasty - worth the money. -
