  Location couldn't be beat--lovely historic street from 1928, close to red line Metro, safe at night. Charming B&B. Hosts Ignacio & Gladys were very kind & extremely accomodating.   The staff really made my trip. I came here a week early before a teaching program began to do some travelling and their were incredibly friendly, informative, and kind.
