I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided.
