Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is comfortable, well-located (bus, subway, shops, restaurants, city bus tours, parks/open spaces). Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided. Good pricing. Seating area in lobby is attractive.

Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge.
