Good breakfast, and a private bar / piano lounge - you can even fix your own drink if you like (on the honor system for paying for it later). The area was great too, right by the zoo.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. We also cannot say enough about Enrique at the hotel check-in and Michael and Marco at the Club Lounge. Our room was comfortable and clean. Do try the hotel's Clu... hva folk sier » b Lounge. It does cost extra, but it is well worth it. The food presentations in the Club Lounge from breakfast to lunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and c - The hotel is well located in the center of Santiago. The reception of the hotel is so kind that he offered us a upgrade of our room to executive suit.
