  John and Teresa were exceptionally helpful before we even arrived suggesting that since we were arriving late at night that we might like to be picked up at the airport and they would arrange for a rental car to be brought to the house when we wanted it.   Very nice and clean room. Nice view and close to the lake. The city center is a short walk (15 mins.) away and the main road to volcano Osorno is right in front of the house. The owner Paola was very helpful and freindly.   this has to be one of the best B&Bs ever ... Cristina who runs it puts her heart and soul into making the guests welcome and comfortable, the rooms are lovely, so clean, lovely bedding, breakfast is great with lots of local goodies, and it's great meeting people there. it's easy for town, you can park if you've hired a car - can't recommend it... hva folk sier » highly enough - Cristina is a very friendly and accommodating host! The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and quiet - a great value for the area. She recommended a great restaurant for dinner that was only a 10 minute walk from the house. And our breakfast in the morning was lovingly prepared with all local ingredients. All around a really great place to stay.
