  The location was perfect. Right in the heart of commercial Arica, close to the beach, the Morro, and all other major sites. Staff was incredibly helpful, spoke very good English. - As others have already mentioned, the internet is great here, I tested out with some torrents and it peaked at close to 3meg/sec!!

  Our stay here was good. the staff were really friendly and tried to help with every request, especially as our spanish was poor. Whilst the room was OK in itself the bed as very comfortable and the Bathroom pretty good. We slept well and were looked after well. Jose and young woman on reception excellent arranging good taxi's and giving them de... hva folk sier » tailed instructions to help us. Jose was especially useful in helping us around bus station location, drop off for night bus to Calama etc and also t - Jose, The waiter was extremely helpful and attentive. He tried very hard and his English is better than he thinks
