Very easy to find from the bus station and within walking distance. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ross (owner) who was very helpful and had great knowledge and advise on the local area, Chile & Peru. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, I stayed in a dorm room and it was a pleasant surprise to see no bunks and single beds instead! Kitchen facilities were good with a great communal area, if I was to visit Arica again I would definitely stay here.
