I was so pleased after I finally reached you at 1:00 am that the person on the phone said, I send a car right away. Hotel was quiet - under renovation - and staff very helpful. Convenience. I liked the location and free shuttle to the airport.The service was excellent and the staff friendly. Quick check-in and out.no restaurant available for dinner or breakfast. Would have liked breakfast at 5am. Had booked a smoking room, but was given a non smoking room. From the write up, I thought it was a brand new hotel, but found it was not. So it was not quite what I had expected. Accessibility of the parking garage. Had to walk up and down the ramp where cars drive in and out. Had to walk a fair distance in the rain to get to the garage when checking out.
