  I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained.   Leaside and Compton were both fantastic. Our adult girls stayed in Leaside and we stayed in the Avalon Suite in Compton. Our suite was perfect! Clean, super comfortable, nice color and design, large windows with light, wifi, TV, a large bath, great shower and wooden and marble floors. Went to the kitchen after hours for a cup of tea. We learned of the - Our second stay, and we will return again. The staff - always ready with a tray with tea or coffee and homemade muffins. The breakfasts were wonderful, and Molly serving them in the big dining room was a treat. Interesting guests from all over the globe, made for great conversations. Comfortable large rooms, clean updated bathrooms. A beautiful old historic property - and one I visited many years ago when a Parker classmate of mine lived there.
