  Location and view was lovely. Very relaxing atmosphere and grounds have a few very easy walks to just unwind. Wish I could return one day. - food was good, quiet at night, cruise ships go by close. Lots of marine traffic to watch, weather has been good every time we've visited.

  The Quadra Island location is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and we found the restaurant pretty good. They cooked our salmon and it was fabulous. They have free boat transportation to and from Painter's Lodge(their sister property), We were very satisfied. - Beautiful location overlooking the water ,a cottage like atmosphere.Very friendly ... hva folk sier » courteous welcoming staff.Great fishing experiences with great guides and very pleasant dock crew.I love that there is provisions for dog family members.

  Susan, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Her home was well kept and very comfortable. She gave us a delicious breakfast in the morning on her deck patio.   Good facilities and good view of harbour from Hotel. Bar-b-ques abundant relative to number of rooms. Well tended garden area with hot tub outside. Useful kitchen facilities and supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. Enjoyed our stay on Quadra island. Need to arrive at ferry a little before if catching 8 or 9am during week. but just look out you... hva folk sier » r window to see how the queue is developing. - Location right by the ferries was good, I liked the use of a Propane grill to cook on, It was nice to have a pool and hot tub, and it was close to a pub and restaurant.
