  This hotel was one of the loveliest travel experiences I've ever had, and I've been all around the world. The hotel is gorgeous - the restaurants, spa, and especially bedroom were first class. The staff was beyond friendly, and helped with everything from booking reservations at restaurants, to scheduling hair appointments, to taking my sister to... hva folk sier » the emergency room when she got sick. Five stars - They offer free use of the steam room and relaxation room in their Spa which we thought was a wonderful treat!!!

  It's been a great experience for us indeed. The room is very comfortable. Every staff we met is very polite and ready to help.My wife and I could not forget the warm during our stay, no matter how cold outside.I feel like missing you guys already.   The staff was great and very helpful. All the rooms and common areas were beautifully appointed. The location is the best in the city. Having parking so close to all of the sites in the old town and port was very convenient. - Great service! Perfect location to explore Old Montreal. Takes you back 250 years!
