Such a lovely couple of days. Gail and Jack made us feel really at home with lots of helpful advice about the area. Our two bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and super-comfortable, we both slept so well.
We loved the views of the lake and surrounding mountains and watched the sunset both nights from our outdoor patio with a bottle of wine, bliss!

The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.
