Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Loved the setting within the mountains.
Great Skiing. great resturants, spent alot of time in Woody's Taphouse to avoid all the children. we will definitly stay again just not on a long weekend to avoid so many children. -

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.

What a great smile to be greeted with and he acknowledged us every time we got off the elevator or walked thru the lobby The lady in the breakfast room on Sunday morning was fantastic, always making sure everything was available and cleaning up continually. Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.

The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three
restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace
in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to
the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the
room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!
