  I loved how friendly the staff were. They offered helpful information with personal touches and experiences. They offered recommendations about places to see and things to do, and I appreciated the service they offered. Our tap was broken which resulted in no hot water in the bathroom sink. We had picked up some wine and they had lovely wine glasses fo - - Great price, 4 people for 130$/night. - Nice location, 1 block from the beach for the Oakanagan lake - Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils - 3 beds, 2 of which were in a seperate room with a door so you could move around without disturbing everyone. - Picnic benches outside the room for relaxing and talking. - Very friendly staff

  Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.
