I highly recommend Schoolmaster's House. This is the third B&B that I stayed in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and I rate them the highest among all three. Alan and DIane are superb hosts who are customer-centric and also very knowledgeable about attractions in the area. Very accommodating about our late arrival, too.
We were a group of four with my daughter, my parents who were visiting us from Tokyo. Our main objective was to go check out Niagara Falls.
The home-made breakfast that Diane prepares. alle vurderinger »
Fantantic food and a comfortable stay. When I asked about surprise flowers for my girlfriend, they even provided free from their garden for when we arrived. They knew the area and where to go on a moments notice. We recommend this great B&B with the highest rating.
Mike & Alexa.
Diane and Alan were lovely hosts. They recommended good places to eat and sights to see during our free time. We relaxed in their lovely garden, which includes 3 gazebos - 1 for watching humming birds, 1 for watching the fish in the pond, and 1 for reading a book.
Exceptional help from Diane & Allan regarding things to do & restaurants to go to. Also the breakfast were delicious both days. Easy walk into town & to Theatres to save on parking.
Excellent accomodations.
Delicious meals.
Beautiful surroundings
Within walking distance of many activities.
Friendly world wide travelers
Many local wineries.
We loved the location as we were able to walk to the old town. The food was excellent and the owners were very nice and gave us lots of info about the area.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area!.
Excellent in all respects. Relaxed old world atmosphere.
Diane the host was amazing very homely feel.
the building and location are excellent.
Some of the old furniture and architecture.
Location.
location.
I thought the price was a little steep as it was comfortable but not luxurious. The bathroom sink area needs to have some kind of counter near it as there is not enough room to set toiletries. Also, they should furnish a small bar of soap.
Nothing.
Nothing.
the breakfasts were lacking in imagination and appeal.
The breakfast was full of sweets and pretentious for what it actually was - make sure you don't have diabetes and to tell the hosts beforehand ( came out in a dirty clothes from the kitchen)
Unable to open windows - hot and stuffy
Large print of a girl smoking in a kids bedroom !
Stairs railing - not suitable for elderly.
manner of proprietor...bordered on being rude with the manner in which rules were communictaed...cerainly did not feel welcome.
Breakfast was almost inedible..dry, cold burnt on the bottom frittata..no options..mandated to be ready at 8:30 and then not served until 8:50...argumentative with other guests in our presence...just unpleasant.. unpleasant.
The breakfast was poor. Not enough variety. When you stay at a B&B you expect the Breakfasts to be the highlight of the day. There should be more home baked goods (muffins, breads, cookies) not store bought.
