Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere

Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Staff were very informative and helpful. Conceige desk was so very helpful and we had everything we needed on time as requested. Pillows were both fluffy, but flattened nicely.
The beds were very comfortable.
There was a big concert in town with lots of younger adults. They had filled most of the hotel.
The staff graciously placed me on the top floor away from most of the noise. It was WELL appreciated! -
