The location is excellent. It's a bit away from the city center, and in the middle of a university campus area. Best of all, it's right by a subway station with access to both the light rail and a streetcar line.
The building is a series of old mansions that have been refurbished as a hotel, and it's comfortable and clean. There is a pretty good pub right on the premises, too.

The Condo Staff were excellent!!! After having a bit of difficulty
checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us
had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very
heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that
hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called
us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered
relief for our situation.

were on a table in the hall so we were able to make that extra cup of

Thank you for the early check-in, that was very courteous.The bed was so comfortable and the pillows.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. - nice hotel in a nice location. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was ok. friendly staff. nice bar!

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. A fantastic breakfast was cooked fresh with organic cereals made by the host. There is a puppy on premises (a mini poodle) but this made the stay more pleasant for me. The host is great company during breakfast (I travelled solo) and was a great resource for sight seeing. The house and rooms were spotless

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Breakfast had toast, bagels, English muffins, a few cereals, oatmeal packets, some fruit, and the usual coffee and juice. The location was geat in Chinatown with a streetcar location right outside the hotel! A great bakery just a few stores down, with avg costs $1.20 per item.

I've stayed at Toronto's Super 8 Hotel three times already.
First, it was a random choice, however, as I found it the best value for
money, in comparison to other hotels in Toronto, I stayed there during
my second and third trips. Rooms are big and clean. Good location
(Chinatown - Toronto's attraction by itself with many high quality
Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants). There are also free wifi and
relatively cheap garage parking (10$ per night) - you won't find a
cheaper overnight parking in
