  On our one week vacation, we found out that our fridge did not work when we got to the room. The next day I informed the reception about the problem, fully expecting to not have a fridge for the week. We went shopping and 2 hours later there was a new fridge in our room, they even moved the contents into the new one. I was blown away b - Located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to Mont Royal, Saint Laurent, and Saint Catherine. The indoor pool is excellent and the view from the rooftop deck is priceless. The staff is welcoming and courtesy. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which is a nice option to save money. The underground parking provides security and peace of mind. This was my 2nd time staying and I will definitely return again!

  Very close to the Old City Staff was very nice and explained all the activities as soon as we reached the hotel include notations on the map. - The fact that we had a complete kitchen was great, and the separation of the bedroom from the rest of the suite was very nice.
