  We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional.   Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. We ate dinner at the Redwater Grill inside the hotel, service was exc... hva folk sier » ellent, food delicious, we highly recommend this hotel. - Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

  The breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms and the whole hotel were very clean, the braekfast was very very good, the location was a two minutes walk to the center of town and to many attractions, the furnishing was very nice and well taken care of, in short, it was wonderful I can only recommand it!!!   Great pool. Locate close to a lot of good restaurants and the Confederation Center. Followed the green trail around Victoria Park with great pleasure. - The hotel is elegant and beautiful. Staff helpful and pleasant. Location great.

  We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable! The roof top terrace was the best, great place to unwind after event filled day. Sipping wine and watching beautiful sunsets.
