  Free Shuttle service to Airport Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

  Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel. The waiter was very friendly and service was excellent. - The hotel had a warm relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly. The food... hva folk sier » at the restaurant was very tasty and good value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could assist with anything else. While I was there there were 3 speedskating t... hva folk sier » eams in the hotel, Russia, Nederlands & Australia. You don't see that everyday! - The hotel is excellent, really modern. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.
