The room was spotless, and the decor was modern. The hotel was literally the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. So close to the downtown but no downtown noise and no noise from the other guests - a complete luxury. I was so impressed I asked at the front desk and was told the rooms are double insulated so sound does not carry. -

Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool.

Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth.
The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious.
No charge for wireless internet connection.
A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work.
Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces.
The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable.
There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get?
The rates were reasonable too!

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! -

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -
