hotel in good location not far from water front . extremely helpful staff. very clean and well designed room , good aircon and very large safety deposit box in room big enough for tablets and small laptops etc ,good choi

I didn't know I had to reconfirm my bus ticket to Sihanoukville , hotel staff member chased it up for me and we made it for our bus on time , very clean and well designed room , good aircon and very large safety deposit box in room big enough for tablets and small laptops etc ,good choices for breakfast , comfortable bed and also nice long bench top in room to put your stuff on very enjoyable stay highly recommended ,

We booked a room for 3 (1 single bed & 1 double bed). Apparently they just renovated the hotel so we got the room on the new building. It was a huge room with large comfy bed. The bathroom was good. It was also very close to the market and it was about 5 minutes walking to the riverside. -

This hotel is a 3 stars managed with a 4 stars in mind. The staff is just lovely. Rooms are quiete, pretty big, beds are super comfortable, 4 stars toileteries and cabin shower (note that many budget friendly hotels in Indochina have the shower that flows directly on the bathroom floor). The position is not in one of the several attractions centers of the cit -
this is my 3rd or 4th stay at silver river, still excellent given its price and service. room service food is very good too although there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. always remember to check the shower pressure, air-con, toilet flush etc, varies a bit in diff rooms, get a change of room or tell reception to fix it. there is a handyman around. safety box is very user-friendly!

The room was HUGE thanks in part to them upgrading us to a suite. Everything is very new and nicely thought out - the design of the place is very tasteful, a mix of modern and traditional. Well located near the riverside and very cheap to get about... their in-house tuk tuk guy was really friendly and always on hand.

This hotel is absolutely unbelievable, it is a sea of tranquility in the madness of Phnom Penh, the collection from the airport was superb and the gentleman that arrived from the hotel with the driver was unbelievable, I am sorry that I didn't get his name but his English was excellent and he was a very competent, professional member of the hotel
