  First of all, the owner. She's by far the friendliest host I've had in a Hotel: she works hard to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and she helps you to enjoy your stay at Veliko Tarnovo. Everything is decorated with good taste and the rooms, bathroooms are big, clean. Don't mind what other say about the road, it's just a normal road, and if you consider yourself a good driver there is no problem with the access and the car is perfectly safe.
