The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Bulgaria and very cheap. The service is five stars in the La Casa. The stuff is more than kind and helpful. The also can speak english wich is rearly in Bulgaria.

The interior and exterior of the hotel are just perfect. All rooms have sea view, wich is a nice plus. we stayed there 3 days, and it was absolutely perfect! the location is great close to everwhere, the rooms are quite nice, beds, bathroom, shower everthing is great.
We were between 3 hotels before we come and the other were 4star hotels, we choosed oceanic because of customer feedback and did not regret.. Highly recommended!

The beer is good! Having a microbrewery in your hotel is a great unique selling point.
Staff were excellent; there was no-one on the bar when we returned relatively late, but the guy on reception poured us a couple of drinks anyway, great service.
The room was very luxurious. Overall, absolutely outstanding value for money.

Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in).
The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.
Overall, great price/quality ratio, but some improvement can be made. -
