  This hotel provides a peaceful relaxing haven on Sunny Beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms and toiletries excellent. The staff are quietly accommodating, without being over bearing. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is constantly walking around the hotel, and greets everyone and ensures everything is ok. The gym is well equi - everything was wonderful. Staff is well trained. Hospitality is the word that define the hotel. Security is a very good idea for that kind of resort.

  Very good service from the staff. We got champagne, fruit and cake from the hotel when my boyfriend was celebrating his birthday. The animation team was fabilous! - I liked very much the pool area. The food was good.

  We've been 4 adults and one child 5 years old and it was very nice holiday for all of us. Everybody from the staff was so friendly and nice.   Food was diverse and the atmosphere was very good. During the 5 days we had a Bulgarian traditional evening with music and dance and another international cuisine evening. The chef was always attentive with the people and with the hygiene. The animation team was also trying to engage people with different games and activities. After a couple of discussions the manager replace them with a VIP apartment room f - Very friendly and professional staff, big rooms with balcony towards the sea. It's located right next to the beach. The food was great, a lot of variety and very tasty - at dinner you have, among others, a buffet with 5-6 different kinds of cheese.

  - the hotel is situated on the Flowerstreet in the centrum near the beach and shopping and restaurants, amusepark is near and everything else too - beautiful sight to the sea, city and mountains, we stayed in the main building on the 15 th floor's suite with 3 older kids - good breakfast, you can choose from big choice of breads, cereals, cheeses,... hva folk sier » coffees, tees. Juices weren't good from automats. Chopska salad was good, we didn't like sausages. 4 kind made of eggs, all were good. Pasties in the - The hotel is located at the heart of Sunny Beach and also so close to the beach, less than 3 mins by walking. The center is a little bit noisy after midnight but it is worth. Central location, easy transportation, reasonable price, nightlife, so close to lots of restaurants and bars. BB option is the best option for this hotel.

  Great location. Pool area was excellent with huge main pool. Activities every day (we stayed in July) - water polo, water volleyball, petanque, shuffle board, kids mini disco. If we ever go back to Sunny Beach, we'll most likely choose this hotel for our stay. - Large rooms
