I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. It was such a nice touch.

away from downtown. Good location to reach airport either. Good
neighbourhood, with lots of facilities and a supermarket. Appt was
large. For the price and the location compared to some hotels in East
Sofia, it's a great deal. Especially for those who want to be
independant and want to access everything quick with metro or taxi. Yes,
do take with you the phone number of owner when you arrive there.

This is the second time we have stayed here as a family. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre. Everything was wonderful ! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of traditional and international dishes so that it can cater everyone's needs. We stayed at one of the Executive Suite offering majestic views over Sofia !
