The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
the ski lift. -

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my
two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the
heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is
completely new and it needs some "tunning" regarding the
spa..which is consisted of small sauna..for now...Never the less..the
