  The location is perfect! one minute walk from the gondola (right across the Kempinski hotel). Staff spoke english and was very nice. Hotel and room was new and clean, excellent condition! Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!
