  I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The lady in charge with the cleaning c - value for money - excellent; the hotel is located on the second row of buildings on the main promanade of balchik, close to the beaches,restaurants and Queen Mary's palace. very well placed. the staff is very friendly, trying to help and the service is very good. the rooms are rather modest, but clean, furniture is new an also the bathrooms are newly renovated. breakfast is good and they have a nice terrase where one could stay for breakfast and also in the evenings for a drink.the aircondition

  The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport. Great location with access to beach. - Nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, next to the beach, within walking distance from the restaurants and pubs.
