  I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  Large suite with microwave, fridge, sink, table settings, hot pot [no coffee], large desk and chair, small table and chairs, sofa. Very nice firm bed. Lots of tv channels, English news and some English programs/movies, but hard to locate. Ac was good once it cooled the room down. Quiet, 18 story building with great views from my room and observati... hva folk sier » on deck/pool up top. Decent gym. Good breakfast with unlimited coffee. Good location - walked to Paulista and masp art museum and to Ibirapeura Park a - My room was huge and modern, with a nice city view, a little kitchenette and a large bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied. The roof terrace has amazing views of the whole city! The location was also ideal for what I wanted: a safe, quiet area about a 15-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, the MASP Art Museum and the shops on Oscar Freire. There's a big Carrefour supermarket on the next block and there are loads of restaurants,
