  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. The management and staff are to be.congratulated on - Fantastic hotel, great staff. All the staff here spoke fantastic english, and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled! They provided a driver service to take us to copacabana beach for the day, which was much cheaper than a normal taxi. They also allowed us to take a shower and use hotel towels etc before our flight home, even though we had already checked out. Service here was exemplary I would recommend it to anybody
