very friendly. The Bell staff (Nicholas) was very helpful and
accommodating. The Housekeeping did a great job of respecting my privacy

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
